OT Security and Remote Access Specialist (hybrid from Kraków, Poland)

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of OT Security and Remote Access Specialist and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from telco area.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage secure remote access solutions for OT environments, ensuring reliable connectivity for internal engineers and third-party vendors while safeguarding critical assets.

• Assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with remote access solutions by leveraging Remote Access Vendor technologies to maintain secure connectivity and operational safety.

Requirements

• Experience in Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity

• Strong knowledge of secure remote access solutions for OT environments

• Experience with risk assessment and cybersecurity risk mitigation

• Understanding of OT security standards and frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST)

• Knowledge of incident response processes in industrial environments

• Experience designing secure OT architectures

• Familiarity with industrial control systems and automation technologies

• Ability to collaborate with engineering, IT, and security teams

• Fluent English (B2+)
