ITFS is a dynamically developing company that provides services in the field of outsourcing IT specialists and the implementation of comprehensive IT projects. We cover the Tri-City, Wrocław, and Warsaw, we also develop our activities on European markets, incl. in Switzerland, Great Britain, the Netherlands, and Spain.
Currently, for my global Client, I am looking for an experienced QA Engineer;

Start: ASAP - 1 month notice period is accepted;
Contract: B2B - long term cooperation;
Rate: 800 - 1000 PLN/MD;

Project: development and maintenance of customer's internal product
Tasks:
Project: development and maintenance of customer's internal product
Tasks:
- Analyze product requirements and ensure the engineering implementation covers all of them
- Design and develop test frameworks, test tools, and automation for complex, distributed systems
- Participate in design and code reviews, software maintenance releases, and documentation of test cases and results
- Ensure code is tested at the appropriate level (unit vs functional, or API vs UI), reducing unnecessary test cases, intermittent failures, and increased execution time.
- Define, implement, and analyze metrics to determine test effectiveness and the overall quality of software.
- Research, share and recommend new technologies, best practices, and trends
- Perform different types of tests: Functional (System, Integration), Nonfunctional (Usability, Performance), Regression, etc.
- Leading and mentoring others in term of QA needs
Technical requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Quality Assurance role
- 3+ years of experience in testing web-based internal and external facing products
- 2+ years of programming experience on C# or Java
- 2+ years of software (automation) development using OO design patterns
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in testing REST services
- Experience with relational (MS SQL Server) and document database (MongoDB)
- Experience with automation test creation and maintenance, preferably with Selenium/C#
- Experience with web performance testing, and load testing, database / SQL testing
- Experience with GIT and code review process
- Proficiency in English
Nice to have:
- ISTQB certificate at least on the Foundation Level
- Practical experience in Scrum
