Senior Backend Developer (Java)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to design and develop distributed, cloud-native solutions with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and asynchronous communication. You will primarily work with Java, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cutting-edge messaging technologies.🙋‍♀️

✅ Your responsibilities:

• Develop robust backend systems that can scale and evolve with business needs.

• Help shape the technical architecture and guide key engineering decisions.

• Work closely with product, design, and other teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Maintain high engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews and collaboration.

• Drive features from idea to production, ensuring they meet both technical and business goals.

• Identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to performance, stability, and maintainability.

🧠 Our requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Java (preferably Java 17) or other JVM languages.

• Strong knowledge of Spring (Spring Boot, WebFlux), multithreading, and design patterns.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (S3, SQS, SNS) is mandatory.

• Familiarity with REST and gRPC, contract-first API development.

• Practical experience with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis, ElasticSearch).

• Good grasp of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, CloudWatch).

• Experience with asynchronous messaging (Kafka or RabbitMQ).

• Understanding of distributed systems and reactive programming.
