Java Backend Architect / Staff Engineer

✅ Your responsibilities:

1. Design and develop scalable microservices in Java and (eventually) Golang
2. Create and maintain APIs and database structures (SQL/PostgreSQL)
3. Support high availability, performance, and secure architecture
4. Lead technical decisions and code reviews
5. Collaborate on CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices
6. Mentor team members and contribute to long-term tech roadmap

🧠 Our requirements:

1. 5+ years of backend experience (min. 3 years with Java)
2. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and SQL
3. Experience in cloud-native environments (Docker, CI/CD)
4. Willingness to work with Golang (or existing experience)
5. Solid understanding of system design and architecture
6. Strong communication skills and Agile mindset
