UX Designer

Design the Future of Digital Banking Experiences

Warsaw or Cracow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 3-4 days a week remotely

As a UX Designer, you will be working for our client, a globally recognized financial institution known for its innovation in corporate and investment banking. You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on creating seamless and intuitive digital experiences for complex enterprise platforms. In this role, you will contribute to the design and optimization of user interfaces across responsive web and mobile applications. Your work will directly support key business units by improving usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction in high-impact digital environments.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into design solutions
• Design end-to-end user experiences for responsive and mobile-first digital platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using standard UX tools
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B tests to validate design decisions
• Apply UX best practices to ensure intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces
• Present and communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical teams
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, usability findings, and technical constraints
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy
• Maintain consistency across products by contributing to design guidelines and standards
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design for digital products or enterprise systems
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision, Balsamiq, or UXPin
• Ability to understand and visualize end-to-end business processes and translate them into user flows
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first UX principles
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and UX research techniques
• Ability to conduct usability testing and apply heuristic evaluation
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and how frontend technologies influence design
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Proven experience designing intuitive, solutions for complex systems
