Łódź-based with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As a Uniflow Configuration Specialist you will be working for our client, one of the leading leasing and finance companies in Poland. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and configuring business processes on the BPMS platform (UniFlow) as well as implementing print coding solutions in XSLT and XML. This role involves close collaboration with business and IT teams to enhance automation, ensure process efficiency, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with SDLC standards. You will play a key role in digital process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and configure business processes on the BPMS platform (UniFlow)

• Develop and maintain print templates using XSLT and XML

• Optimize and automate existing business workflows

• Collaborate with analysts and developers to implement process improvements

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Test and validate process configurations to ensure compliance with SDLC

• Support end users and resolve process-related issues

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals

• Continuously improve processes and suggest innovative solutions

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of at least one programming language

• Practical experience with BPMS platforms such as Ferryt, Camunda, or similar

• Strong understanding of BPMN and UML notations

• Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS

• Analytical and logical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Experience with XML, XSLT, and SQL

• Proficiency in English enabling communication

• Creativity, commitment, and a proactive attitude

  
  

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of UI/UX, Design Thinking

• Knowledge of SCRUM

• Knowledge of SPLUNK, JIRA

• Knowledge of banking products (accounts, loans for individuals and companies)

• Experience in designing and implementing business processes in BPM platforms

• Knowledge of BPM system architecture

• Readiness for continuous learning and skills improvement

• Orientation toward teamwork and achieving shared goals
