UI Engineer

Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days/week).

As a Senior UI Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leader in digital banking solutions. You’ll craft intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for innovative digital platforms that reach millions of users worldwide. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, scalable code.

• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards compliance.

• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services effectively.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of UI component libraries.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI/Frontend development.

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and version control systems such as Git.

• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

• Proven problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in front-end frameworks or accessibility standards.

• Experience with UI testing tools or CI/CD pipelines.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
