As a Tester Ferryt, you will be working for our client, a major player in the banking sector, contributing to a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This project involves complex system integrations and enhancements focused on streamlining internal banking processes and improving customer-facing functionalities. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of applications by actively participating in the testing lifecycle, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and leveraging your analytical skills to assess system behavior and business requirements.

Your main responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive test plans aligned with project goals

• Automate test cases based on predefined test plans

• Conduct manual functional, acceptance, and integration testing

• Analyze system behavior and business processes using BPMN and UML

• Investigate and verify issues through log analysis

• Perform system analysis to understand and validate technical flows

• Collaborate with development and business teams for defect resolution

• Participate proactively in Scrum, cross-Scrum, and Chapter meetings

• Document test results and ensure traceability

• Ensure systems are aligned with Ferryt process requirements

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience conducting manual tests across various testing levels

• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation

• Familiarity with system analysis using BPMN and UML

• Ability to identify and document bugs based on log analysis

• Good communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

• Proven experience working in Agile methodologies

• Proactiveness in team ceremonies and inter-team collaboration

• Understanding of the Ferryt processes in a banking context

• Focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement
