Test Specialist (Playwright)

As a Test Specialist (Playwright) you will be working for our client, a renowned leader in the insurance sector, dedicated to providing innovative and reliable digital solutions. You will be an integral part of a forward-thinking team focused on enhancing the quality of their customer-facing web applications. This role is central to a key project aimed at modernizing their online platforms, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience for a vast client base. Your expertise will directly influence the success of this digital transformation by implementing and maintaining a sophisticated automated testing framework, thereby guaranteeing the highest standards of software quality and performance for the client's core services.

Rate: b2b: 600 - 700 MD PLN

Your main responsibilities:

• Create and execute test cases based on requirements documentation

• Document test results and report bugs

• Verify fixes and conduct regression tests

• Create and update test documentation

• Participate in test planning and reviews of project documentation

• Collaborate with the development team and analysts to ensure high software quality

• Participate in project and status meetings

• Support the team in automated testing with the Playwright tool

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in manual testing of web applications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience writing automated tests using Playwright

• Knowledge of SQL and API fundamentals

• The ability to test APIs with tools such as Postman

• Experience with test management and bug reporting tools (e.g., JIRA)

• Knowledge of the GIT version control system and code repositories

• An ISTQB Foundation Level certificate (considered a plus)

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Accuracy and excellent self-organization skills

• English proficiency that allows you to work with technical documentation
