As a Technical Specialist for Mobile Devices, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services, dedicated to maintaining and enhancing mobile solutions for their German branch. You will play a pivotal role in managing and developing mobile infrastructure, implementing global solutions, and improving the mobile experience for employees. This opportunity allows you to collaborate within a large, diverse organization while ensuring the seamless operation of advanced mobile technologies.

Your main responsibilities:

Administering and operating the IT Mobile Device Management System (BlackBerry UEM)

Developing and improving the IT Mobile Device Management System continuously

Acting as the central contact for MDM-related queries at all support levels (L1, L2, L3)

Evaluating new mobile technologies for potential use within the organization

Creating documentation, guides, and training materials for employees

Managing employee training sessions and conducting online presentations

Ensuring proper functionality of the mobile infrastructure through routine tasks

Supporting the integration and use of Microsoft products in mobile solutions

Addressing technical issues and optimizing mobile device performance

You're ideal for this role if you have:

A degree in Computer Science or a related field

Several years of experience as a mobile systems administrator

In-depth knowledge of BlackBerry UEM and related mobile technologies (ABM, Android Enterprise, Microsoft Intune)

Expertise in the integration of Microsoft products

Analytical and solution-oriented approach to work

Strong communication and teamwork skills

High level of responsibility and reliability

Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies

Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

Experience in managing non-mobile-related collaboration tools (Exchange, M365)

Knowledge of cutting-edge mobile technology trends
