Tech Lead (.NET)

Fully remote-based opportunity.

As a Tech Lead, you will be working for our client – a leader in financial services, driving the development of autonomous bounded contexts within a greenfield project. You will be responsible for implementing key components using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Agile and Kanban methodologies.

Your main responsibilities: Lead the team in implementing distributed systems using C# and .NET

• Apply DDD tactical patterns and CRUD operations
• Collaborate with developers to establish best practices for testing microservices in a greenfield environment
• Design and build microservices with asynchronous synchronization
• Manage OpenAPI/AsyncAPI contracts and data contracts
• Conduct automated testing, including unit, acceptance, and integration tests
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams using Kanban

You're ideal for the role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience working as Tech Lead
• Experience in C# and .NET technologies
• Experience with CQRS, Eventual Consistency, and Event-Driven Architecture
• Strong knowledge of REST, OOP, Clean Code, and relational databases
• Experience with microservices, observability, and document models (e.g., MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and OCP
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with developers and business stakeholders
• Proactive approach to knowledge-sharing and improving testing standards within the team
