System Analyst

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/2 weeks).

As a System Analyst, you will be working for our client, one of the top financial institutions, on designing and enhancing customer-focused processes within traditional banking channels such as branches and contact centers. You will collaborate closely with business units to develop and implement solutions that not only meet technical requirements but also aim to enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will be crucial in the ongoing development of system architectures and the delivery of advanced IT solutions that drive business success.

Your main responsibilities: Build modern processes for clients in traditional banking channels

• Analyze customer needs and functional requirements to inform system design
• Develop and enhance IT solutions and system architectures
• Model IT systems to ensure they meet business needs
• Design solutions based on microservices architecture
• Collaborate with various teams using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Ensure integration using SOA and Web Services (REST and SOAP)
• Utilize SQL for database management and analysis
• Apply integration tools such as SoapUI, Postman, and Swagger
• Work with distributed system architecture concepts

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• A higher education degree, preferably in IT-related fields
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a system analyst in IT projects, preferably in the financial sector
• Strong skills in analyzing customer needs and functional requirements
• Proficiency in IT systems modeling
• In-depth knowledge of integration concepts (SOA, REST, SOAP) and tools such as SoapUI, Postman, Swagger
• Good SQL knowledge
• Experience with Kibana
• Familiarity with microservices-based solution design
• Understanding of distributed IT system architecture
• UML proficiency
• Good English sufficient for comunication 

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect (or other CASE tool)
• Ability to read source code with understanding in C# or other object-oriented language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
