As a Senior System Analyst / Team Leader, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the Leasing Sector, on strategic projects to enhance their IT and business processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful initiatives in the leasing domain and beyond.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of system analysts, ensuring high performance and growth.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement new features and enhancements in the Cassiopae environment, a leading Leasing Workflow Software.
• Conduct in-depth system analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure alignment of project goals.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in system analysis and project execution.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience with 7+ years in system analysis and leadership roles.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to drive team performance and stakeholder engagement.
• Prior experience in the leasing domain (a strong advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex systems and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with UML, BPMN, and Enterprise Architect.
• Experience with Microservices and API integration.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
