Gdansk - based with hybrid work model - 2 days from the office per week

As a System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in the Financial Sector, developing innovative digital banking solutions. You will play a key role in designing and creating online banking systems for corporate clients, helping to set new standards for mobile and online banking. Working with cutting-edge technologies, including Microservices architecture, you will contribute to building one of the strongest financial brands in Poland while delivering impactful solutions to meet corporate client needs.

Your main responsibilities: Create and design a new mobile application for corporate clients

• Organize, sort, and document requirements effectively
• Write user stories to support scrum-based development processes
• Model workflows and design process sequences
• Design data models for efficient system integration and performance
• Conduct workshops with users and developers and prepare comprehensive notes
• Analyze the needs and functional requirements of stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations (SOAP/REST)
• Perform data analysis and log reviews using SQL
• Document and manage system requirements using tools such as Jira and Confluence

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience as a System Analyst, ideally in the financial industry
• Practical knowledge of enterprise architecture and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architect or similar tools
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence for documentation and collaboration
• Familiarity with Scrum and agile development methodologies
• Experience with digital or corporate banking, particularly in loans or consumer finance
• The ability to analyze and translate client needs into functional requirements
• A higher education degree in a relevant field
• A good command of the English language
