This is a Wroclaw-based hybrid opportunity – 3 days from home per week.

As a Software Engineer, you will be working for our client – a global leader in quantitative and systematic investment management. You will be responsible for developing tools and infrastructure to support low-latency trading strategies.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop tooling for data collection and analysis from trading systems.

• Build and maintain pipelines for network packet capture processing.

• Develop monitoring and anomaly detection systems for trading performance.

• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to integrate tools into workflows.

• Improve CI/CD workflows and contribute to infrastructure automation.

• Develop expertise in distributed systems and performance engineering.

  
  

You're ideal for the role if you have:

• Strong Python development and shell scripting experience.

• Experience with data analytics and time series analysis.

• Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration frameworks.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.

• Proficiency with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, ELK stack).

• Understanding of Linux internals and OS-level performance tuning.

• Interest in financial markets and trading systems.
