As a Senior Solution Architect – CRM and MDM Technologies, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking financial services organization dedicated to enriching lives through innovative digital solutions. Your main responsibilities:

• Evaluate business requirements and design scalable technical solutions to meet strategic goals.

• Ensure seamless integration of on-premise and SaaS solutions within diverse architectures.

• Create and document application and cloud platform architecture, maintaining high standards of quality.

• Communicate complex architecture concepts clearly to stakeholders in English and German, including business units and executive leadership.

• Prepare comprehensive decision documents supporting architectural choices and strategies.

• Analyze frameworks and platforms for effective implementation aligned with organizational needs.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Over 7 years of experience in solution architecture, ideally within financial services or similar sectors.

• Strong expertise in software architecture, especially with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and MDM systems.

• Proven technical skills with container technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.

• A proactive, structured approach with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Excellent teamwork skills combined with high responsibility for quality.

• A high willingness to learn and stay updated with emerging technologies.

• Fluent English communication skills; German proficiency is a plus.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in cloud technologies or architecture frameworks.

• Experience in agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience with Salesforce

• Experience with Azure

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English, written and spoken; German is a plus.
