As a ServiceNow Developer - CSDM module, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking organization focused on optimizing their service delivery through robust data management. You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced CSDM solutions, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in building a comprehensive portfolio of products based on the Advanced Product Catalog, facilitating seamless integration with Sales and Order Management modules. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define data model requirements and establish a strong Master Data Architecture, driving efficiency and improving overall service management capabilities.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the CSDM strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data model requirements and Master Data Architecture
• Design and establish a portfolio of products based on the Advanced Product Catalog aligned with Sales and Order Management module
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across the platform
• Provide technical guidance on data modelling and architecture
• Conduct regular audits and updates of the CSDM
• Define/adjust to requirements of integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems based on specific use cases
• Build Low Level Design Documentation and estimate the implementation
• Manage upgrades, including document review, awareness sessions, impact analysis, and testing

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform and CSDM module (valid CSA & CIS CMDB and CSDM)
• Strong experience with ServiceNow CSDM implementations
• In-depth understanding of data modelling and architecture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with data governance and management practices
• Documented experience/proficiency in mapping Customer Services to Advanced Product Catalog (TPSM) and Sales and Order Management module
• Ability to estimate implementation time of developed solutions
• Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other modules
• Ability to perform impact analysis of ServiceNow upgrades​​​​​​​
