As a Senior Veeva RIM Configuration Specialist, you will be working for our client to support the RIM product roadmap and long-term strategy through deep expertise in the Veeva Vault platform. You will help Bayer teams translate business needs into the right technical solutions—while continuously building your understanding of business processes inside Vault. This role offers a strong opportunity to influence outcomes and grow in a complex, innovation-driven environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide expert knowledge on Veeva Vault RIM to support the RIM product roadmap and long-term strategy.

• Collaborate with Process Owners and Business Analysts during requirements elicitation to identify the most suitable technical approach.

• Configure Veeva Vault RIM in line with business requirements and expected business outcomes.

• Coordinate with international stakeholders across Bayer IT and business functions, as well as Veeva, to align solutions and deliver effectively.

• Continuously deepen your understanding of end-to-end business processes enabled through Vault applications.

• Apply pharmaceutical domain knowledge and GxP/CSV awareness to ensure configurations align with compliance expectations.

• Use strong communication and decision-making skills to present options, clarify trade-offs, and support alignment across teams.

• Experiment with innovative ideas and turn them into practical improvements within the Vault RIM environment.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience working with the Veeva Vault platform, including RIM-focused work.

• Proven Veeva Vault Platform expertise and the Vault Platform Associate Administrator credential obtained within the last 3 years (initial or annual exam).

• Significant working experience with the RIM Vault Platform application.

• Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes.

• Working knowledge of Computerised System Validation (CSV) and GxP.

• Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
