As a Senior UX/UI Designer – Fintech & Mobile Solutions, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial technology industry. You will contribute to designing intuitive, user-centered digital products that impact millions across the EMEA region. Your main responsibilities:

• Strengthen and enhance user experience through visually compelling designs tailored to user needs and cognitive abilities
• Maintain and improve the visual coherence of digital products by implementing updates to the Design System
• Elevate the Design System library to modern standards by integrating Figma with development environments
• Design final UI views and assets for web and mobile solutions
• Research, develop, and execute innovative design solutions for acquiring portals, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications
• Create and present interaction design concepts, including wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces
• Engage directly with users through research activities, testing prototypes, and uncovering key unmet needs to propose effective design solutions
• Analyze usability testing data to recommend and implement winning design strategies
• Monitor latest UX/UI trends and technological advancements to ensure the design remains innovative and user-centric

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX expertise
• Fluent command of English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and solutions to stakeholders
• A BA/BS degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience working with user interface design processes and conducting user research
• Highly proficient in Figma, including variables, MCP server, Figma Make, and exporting code from Figma
• Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, frameworks, GitLab, CI/CD) and familiarity with modern development tools and lifecycle
• Extensive experience with expanding and maintaining Design Systems
• Experience working within large corporate environments is a plus
• Knowledge of Figma plugin development is advantageous

• Fluent English, strong communication skills
