Senior/Technical Lead Front-end Developer

Gdansk/Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 days in the office/week)

As a Senior / Technical Lead Front-end Developer, you will be working for our client on creating enterprise-level systems for the corporate sector. Your work will focus on delivering high-quality solutions that address security, performance, and usability challenges in banking applications. You will document your work, write tests, and ensure continuous improvement of both the systems and their architecture. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate with a team that values innovation, teamwork, and quality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality front-end solutions for enterprise systems
• Coordinate technical aspects as a technical lead and mentor for other developers
• Implement secure and high-performance solutions tailored to the banking sector
• Use and enhance design systems for consistent user interface designs
• Create comprehensive documentation and write automated tests for deliverables
• Support users during testing phases and coordinate software releases
• Address security and performance challenges in enterprise environments
• Continuously improve system architecture and contribute to in-house development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business value
• Work within Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Agile PM

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a front-end developer, ideally in the financial industry
• Expertise in VanillaJS/React, TypeScript, NX, HTML, and CSS
• Experience as a technical coordinator or team lead
• Proficiency in working with design systems to create consistent UI/UX experiences
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver projects on time
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile practices, including Scrum
• Familiarity with building micro-frontend applications
• Practical knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 compliance
• Good command of the English language
