Senior Solution Architect – Omnichannel Mobile & Transaction Services

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be working for our client, a leading enterprise dedicated to delivering seamless omnichannel experiences for individual customers. You will help design and implement cutting-edge solutions for mobile applications and transaction services that redefine how users interact and engage. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the design of system architecture supporting omnichannel platforms (mobile app, transaction service) and its integration with backends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including enterprise architects and mobile developers, to co-create high-level design documentation.

• Define the technology stack and interfaces for scalable, robust solutions.

• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps aligning with strategic development goals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to architecture components, ensuring high quality and performance.

• Support platform teams in establishing and developing RACI matrices between units.

• Ensure timely delivery of architectural solutions, balancing technical excellence with project deadlines.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in solution or system architecture within enterprise environments.

• Proven expertise in designing complex application structures and integration points.

• Strong knowledge of mobile omnichannel platforms and transaction services.

• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Polish is a plus.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with 5 days a week remote flexibility.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in enterprise architecture or related fields.

Language Required for the role:

• English (Communicative)

• Polish (Good command)
