This is a remote opportunity for a German client – work from home full-time.

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in the retail sector. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Conduct code reviews and quality control checks.

• Debug and fix technical issues.

• Produce and run test cases to ensure software quality.

• Document code and application functionality.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development.

  
  

You're ideal for the role if you have:

• Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5-8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

• Proficiency in scripting, workflows, and integrations on ServiceNow.

• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

• Familiarity with ITSM and ITOM processes.

• Experience in consulting for large implementation projects

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent English communication and collaboration abilities. Fluency in German will be a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Occasional trips to Germany
