As a Senior React Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial industry, dedicated to creating cutting-edge, flexible, and scalable digital solutions. Join a team responsible for developing a core financial engine platform, delivering impactful UI components, and shaping the future of financial technology within an agile environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance a modular, component-based UI platform from scratch using React

• Collaborate closely with a small, autonomous frontend team to ensure seamless integration with the core financial engine

• Take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment, managing your workload proactively without direct oversight

• Implement new features and integrations, possibly connecting with other frontend systems, ensuring high performance and usability

• Contribute to the platform’s architecture and design decisions, ensuring adaptability and scalability

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, particularly with React

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, CSS, and component-based UI design

• Experience working in autonomous teams, managing complex development tasks from start to finish

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, Jira, and Confluence is a plus

• A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills

Language Required for the role:

• Communicative Polish and English levels
