Senior QA Automation Engineer – UFT and SQL Skills

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leader in the Global Banking and Investor Solutions sector committed to delivering innovative structured finance transactions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of LoanIQ, a vital system supporting complex financial operations, shaping the future of digital banking services.

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize existing UFT One robots to ensure non-regression testing of LoanIQ, supporting seamless financial workflows.

• Develop new automation scripts to adapt to evolving features and system upgrades within LoanIQ.

• Enhance existing SQL queries used by test robots, increasing automation efficiency and data accuracy.

• Keep technical documentation updated, clear, and accessible for all team members.

• Execute non-regression testing campaigns following hotfixes, upgrades, or new feature releases.

• Collaborate with feature teams to share best practices and improve testing strategies.

• Identify opportunities for automation improvements, bug resolution, and performance enhancements.

• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to automated testing processes.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in QA automation, focusing on non-regression testing.

• Strong proficiency in QTP/UFT One automation tools.

• Solid understanding of SQL querying techniques.

• Experience working within Agile environments.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Knowledge of LoanIQ software by Finastra.

• Additional language skills such as Polish or French.

• Fluent English.
