Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote).
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in financial regulation and compliance. You will support the IRR STDF Programme Manager / Consolidated Delivery Lead in delivering critical projects within the STDF Programme Workstream under the IRR umbrella. Your expertise will drive seamless stakeholder engagement, ensure robust project delivery, and foster impactful collaboration across teams and external partners. Your main responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and tracking based on the L4 taxonomy to support the STDF Programme objectives.
Manage project milestones, schedules, change requests, and key artefacts to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with third-party stakeholders to gather planning inputs, track progress, and coordinate activities.
Report on project status, escalate issues proactively, and provide clear summaries to senior management and governance bodies.
Represent the STDF Programme Workstream in IRR meetings such as Working Groups, workshops, and steering committees, stepping in for the CDL as needed.
Work autonomously with minimal guidance, exercising initiative and judgment throughout the project lifecycle, aligned with IRR objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
Over 8 years of project management experience, particularly in regulatory or financial sectors.
Proven ability to maintain detailed plans, schedules, and project artefacts.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working with demanding business and regulatory stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a track record of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to clearly document and communicate complex concepts, flows, and designs.
It is a strong plus if you have:
Working knowledge of STDF/Stress Testing reporting templates.
Experience working with financial regulators.
Prior involvement in finance and regulatory change projects.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent English, with excellent communication skills.
