Senior Project Management Officer – Finance & Technology

Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote per week).

As a Senior Project Management Officer (PMO), you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution’s technology division, supporting critical project finance management and reporting. Join us to empower seamless collaboration across global teams and elevate project delivery excellence.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Business, Finance, PMO, Delivery, and Engineering teams worldwide to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
• Track, maintain, and report on project finance data, including actuals, accruals, forecasts, and deep-dive analysis.
• Prepare accurate month-end commentary on financial performance and manage forecast vs. actual spend analysis.
• Monitor and update system feeds and ensure timely data updates in applicable platforms.
• Oversee resource and portfolio management, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate regular reporting at project and program levels, including risk and issue monitoring related to project finances.
• Manage ad-hoc activities and ensure process documentation and information sources are up to date.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management Office or related function.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
• Excellent presentation, summarization, and analytical abilities, especially in financial and project reporting.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Clarity.
• A positive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach with the ability to analyze complex data effectively.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications or additional skills in project management or finance.

Language required for the role:

• Fluent English, with excellent command in spoken and written communication.
