As a Senior OT Network Support Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution providing critical IT and OT network services across 55 countries. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations and security of complex network infrastructures, supporting business continuity and innovation on a truly international scale.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for global IT and OT network infrastructure, including Cisco Router/Switch, Firewall, Load-balancing, and DNS services.
- Perform troubleshooting to optimize network performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with Incident Management teams during crisis situations and work closely with OT teams such as Real Estate and Cybersecurity.
- Coordinate with diverse global teams and vendors on a "follow the Sun" support basis to ensure 24/7 network reliability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at decreasing outages and recurring failures.
- Maintain global standards and ensure compliance across network operations.
- Participate in on-call support rotations and document processes for knowledge sharing with junior engineers.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Over 8 years of network technology supporting experience in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong technical expertise with Cisco Router/Switch, Cisco ACI, Juniper Router, Checkpoint Firewall, DNS, and F5.
- Deep understanding of Data Network Topologies and Protocols.
- Experience working within ITIL/Agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with network management tools such as Splunk, Sevone, NetScout, Wireshark.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to guide and mentor less experienced team members.
- Willingness to learn new telecoms and OT technologies.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Valid industry certifications such as CCNP or CCIE.
- Python programming or network automation experience.
- Cloud infrastructure support experience in GCP, Azure, AWS, or Ali.

- Fluent English, with excellent communication skills
