Senior .NET Developer

Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading company in online banking, contributing to the development of complex IT solutions. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable applications using modern .NET technologies. The project involves both the creation of new functionalities (70%) and the maintenance of existing systems (30%), ensuring high performance and reliability. You will collaborate with a distributed team in an Agile environment, leveraging technologies such as .NET Core, Docker, and Kubernetes. The role offers flexibility, with remote work and occasional office visits.

Your main responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and maintain scalable banking applications
• Design and optimize SQL database queries and structures
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes to enhance application deployment and scalability
• Collaborate with a distributed Agile team to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Ensure best practices in software development, code reviews, and testing
• Share knowledge and mentor junior developers to strengthen the team
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain application performance
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive banking data
• Organize and manage tasks independently while working remotely
• Participate in regular office meetings approximately 12 times per year

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in implementing complex IT solutions
• Proficiency in .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8, and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team
• Ability to work remotely with excellent self-organization skills
• Experience in knowledge-sharing and mentoring other developers
• Passion for building innovative and high-quality software solutions
• Willingness to travel to the office once a month for two days
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
