As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Analyst — Finance or Supply Chain, you will be working for our client, a prominent leader in enterprise resource planning solutions. You will play a key role in migrating systems from AX2012 to D365F&O, delivering critical analysis, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication. This is your chance to steer high-impact projects, drive seamless system transitions, and shape strategic development roadmaps in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business needs driven by migration projects, ensuring alignment with technical requirements.
• Develop comprehensive technical and functional documentation within the “One Version” model, prioritizing out-of-the-box and low-code solutions.
• Structure and manage the project backlog in Azure DevOps, ensuring continuous quality and progress tracking.
• Prepare content for the system development roadmap, based on trend analysis and client needs.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including presentations at steering committees and other strategic forums.
• Define and maintain testing strategies for user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring high standards for system changes.
• Configure and operate environments within Lifecycle Services (LCS) to support project delivery.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012 as a Product Owner, Lead Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst.
• Domain expertise in Finance (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Taxation with Polish localization) OR Supply Chain (Inventory Management, Purchasing, Sales, Master Planning, Production).
• Practical proficiency with Azure DevOps, LCS, and familiarity with D365 data model (Data Entities).
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English, with a communicative command of both languages.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Microsoft certifications such as MB-310, MB-330, MB-335, or MB-300.
• Practical experience in migrating legacy ERP systems to D365.
• Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Certification in product management (e.g., PSPO).
• Experience with RSAT testing strategies.

Language Required for the role:

• Polish and English — strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
