As a Senior Java Microservices Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, developing and enhancing a credit workflow application for corporate clients. This platform supports decision-making processes across a wide range of banking and leasing products, utilizing modern architecture and technologies to deliver seamless financial services. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable microservices within a hybrid architecture leveraging Java, REST, and event-driven communication (RabbitMQ).
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality, reliable software, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Mentor and guide less experienced engineers, promoting code quality and continuous improvement.
• Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines, integrating AI tools to enhance SDLC processes.
• Ensure system robustness and security through thorough testing, code reviews, and standard compliance.
• Facilitate integration with other systems via RESTful APIs and asynchronous messaging.
• Maintain a strong focus on high-performance database interactions with Oracle and MongoDB.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, review, and refinement sessions, supporting the delivery of key project milestones.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a back-end developer in complex enterprise environments.
• Advanced expertise in Java and REST API development.
• Practical knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven solutions.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor team members and enforce coding standards.
• Familiarity with AI tools integrated into SDLC processes.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Basic understanding of Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Certification or experience with AsyncAPI.

• Polish — good command required.
