Senior IT Project Manager - AWS, Veeva - part time job

Warsaw-based opportunity with a fully remote work model!

As a Senior IT Project Manager – Digital Transformation & Cloud Integrations, you will be working for 0.5FTE for our client, a global life-science organization driving complex digital transformation projects across regulated environments. You will oversee project timelines, manage risks, and ensure seamless integration of Veeva and AWS solutions, contributing to the company's strategic growth and operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple digital initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to meet project goals.

• Oversee Veeva and AWS integration activities, ensuring smooth workflows.

• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

• Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal quality protocols.

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project documentation.

• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Track project progress, analyze performance, and report status to leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project processes.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in similar fields.

• Proven expertise with Veeva and AWS integrations.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Knowledge of regulated industry environments.

• Ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently.

• Proficiency in risk and change management.

• Outstanding communication skills in English.

It is a strong plus if you have: • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) • Knowledge of cloud security standards

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
