As a Senior IT Business Analyst – Client Lifecycle Management, you will be working for our client within the private banking and asset management sector. This role focuses on delivering cutting-edge IT solutions to support KYC, client onboarding, and client reporting, playing a vital part in enhancing client experience and operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and Transformation teams to gather, review, and optimize business requirements.
- Produce detailed specifications to facilitate clear understanding and seamless delivery by the engineering team.
- Bridge gaps between business teams, Product Owners, engineering, and end users throughout the project lifecycle to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Ensure all solutions comply with internal control standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Acquire and maintain expertise in Client Lifecycle Management, actively participating in knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Test delivered IT components, working closely with developers to identify and resolve defects.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering through to live implementation, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 6 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Client Lifecycle Management, KYC, and client onboarding activities.
- Strong ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, comfortably operating in full English environments.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new disciplines and projects.
- Experience with Agile engineering practices (e.g., Scrum, LEAN) and SAFe framework.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices such as Test Automation, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Additional certifications related to Agile, DevOps, or project management.
- Familiarity with banking or financial regulations relevant to client data management.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent Polish and English.
