Kraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).

As a Senior iOS Developer, you will be working for our client, a global financial leader transforming their mobile banking platform to deliver seamless, secure, and innovative digital services. You will be contributing to the development of sophisticated iOS applications used by millions of customers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, performance, and accessibility. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement architectural best practices, and play a key part in delivering mobile experiences that align with the future of digital finance.

Your main responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining complex iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C

• Collaborating with designers, testers, and backend developers in an Agile environment

• Implementing user interfaces that follow Apple’s design and accessibility guidelines

• Integrating third-party libraries and secure APIs to support advanced app functionality

• Writing and executing unit, UI, and integration tests using tools like XCTest and Appium

• Leading code reviews and mentoring junior developers within the team

• Utilizing CI/CD pipelines and static analysis tools to ensure code quality

• Ensuring performance, security, and scalability standards are being met

• Troubleshooting and debugging app issues across various iOS devices

• Staying current with emerging iOS technologies and development trends

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Extensive experience developing and supporting complex iOS applications

• Expert knowledge of Swift and Objective-C

• Strong familiarity with Apple’s design principles and coding best practices

• Proven experience with testing frameworks like XCTest, Specta, and Appium

• Proficiency with Xcode/AppCode IDEs and distribution processes

• Experience using dependency managers such as Cocoapods

• Solid understanding of RESTful services and secure networking

• Background in scalable architecture and mobile engineering best practices

• Experience working with CI/CD and mobile security tools

• A degree in Computer Science and at least 3 years in a senior iOS role

  
  

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience implementing reusable frameworks or platform libraries

• Hands-on knowledge of design patterns such as MVVM, MVC, Redux, or UDF

• Familiarity with accessibility and user experience standards across mobile devices

• Background in financial or fintech app development

• Understanding of OWASP Mobile Top 10 and mobile data protection strategies
