Senior FullStack Engineer

As a Senior FullStack Developer – Cloud and Financial Services, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution committed to large-scale modernization of its technology landscape. Your expertise will drive the transformation of legacy systems into modular, cloud-ready platforms, fostering high performance, reliability, and security across diverse teams. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead architecture decisions and define system boundaries, modularization strategies, and standards

• Create and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), API versioning, and contract standards

• Implement and review core backend services and React front-end applications

• Mentor engineers and facilitate pair or mob programming sessions

• Design CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates

• Own observability and reliability practices, including logging, tracing, and resiliency patterns

• Oversee data integrations, ETL/reporting platforms, SQL Server performance, and high availability strategies

• Manage technical risks, prioritize technical debt, and monitor quality gates

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA teams to shape roadmaps and acceptance criteria

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in senior or full-stack engineering roles

• Expert knowledge of C# and .NET with strong backend design skills

• Proven experience with Azure architecture and cloud deployments

• Advanced SQL Server expertise, including performance tuning and high availability strategies

• Strong React experience and familiarity with Angular

• Practical hands-on experience modernizing legacy UIs and applications

• Experience with WCF and workload migration to modern protocols

• Solid understanding of ETL and reporting tools such as SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI

• Familiarity with Databricks or Spark for data processing

• Strong CI/CD and automation skills, including Jenkins and GitOps practices

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Kubernetes operational experience including autoscaling and rollout strategies

• Advanced Terraform skills and ephemeral environment management

• Knowledge of SSAS and Power BI advanced capabilities

• Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, or Spark SQL optimization

• Familiarity with event streaming platforms and event-driven architectures

• Skills in performance profiling tools and chaos engineering

• Application of security-by-design principles and zero-trust security models

• Experience migrating Jenkins jobs to pipeline-as-code solutions

• Test automation expertise with xUnit, Jest, Playwright, or Pact

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent Polish and English
