As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be working for our innovative client – an AI startup dedicated to creating a next-generation Generative AI Platform. Founded by a leading PhD researcher in AI, the company’s goal is to revolutionize business automation through their modular “Generative AI Operating System (G-OS).” Similar to Odoo, this platform empowers enterprises to create and manage GenAI-powered agents and workflows, seamlessly integrating with external systems.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling this cutting-edge platform, collaborating closely with the founder and tech leads.

### Your main responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the core platform, focusing on its modular architecture to support diverse business use cases.

- Build APIs and microservices to enable seamless communication between GenAI agents and platform modules.

- Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using TypeScript, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.

- Design and implement integration workflows with external services (Google Drive, SharePoint, etc.).

- Collaborate on the technical roadmap, guiding the product from MVP to scalable platform.

- Participate in design/code reviews and identify opportunities for scalability and technical improvement.

- Work closely with the founder’s engineering team and ITDS, the outsourcing partner.

### You’re ideal for the role if you have:

- 6+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer in SaaS or AI-driven environments.

- Strong experience with TypeScript, including frameworks like Next.js and Node.js (Hono or similar).

- Hands-on expertise with PostgreSQL and API development.

- Knowledge of hosting platforms like Vercel and Railway, with a deep understanding of deployment and scaling.

- Previous experience with external API integrations (Google, Microsoft, etc.).

- A solid grasp of Generative AI principles and experience using AI SDKs.

- Fluency in English (spoken & written) and excellent collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-moving, international team.

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with Mastra or LangChain frameworks.

- Experience developing AI products, especially for startups.

- Understanding of Odoo or modular SaaS platform design.
