As a Senior Full Stack C# .NET Developer, you will be working for our client in the financial services industry, supporting the transition and enhancement of workforce management applications. You will help develop and deliver cutting-edge features for ComPass, a greenfield platform transforming how organizations manage their workforce. This role offers a dynamic environment for professional growth and technical excellence.

Your main responsibilities:

• Translate application requirements and use cases into functional features.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Maintain excellent code quality and ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising effective solutions.
• Support the ongoing development and production deployment of .NET solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Contribute to testing strategies and ensure delivery of a high-quality product.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 8 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET (including .NET 6+).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with MVC, Web API, and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and scalable architecture patterns.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and reusable library creation.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certification or experience in advanced .NET architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Experience working in agile teams.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English.
