As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution dedicated to modernizing banking infrastructure. You will contribute to building and maintaining resilient, high-performance systems that underpin complex financial operations. Your expertise ensures smooth deployment pipelines, reliable databases, and real-time monitoring, empowering the client to deliver secure and efficient banking services worldwide. Your main responsibilities:

• Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines to streamline operations

• Monitor system performance using Prometheus and Grafana for optimal reliability

• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases supporting critical financial transactions

• Configure and maintain RabbitMQ messaging systems for dependable communication

• Troubleshoot and resolve server and network issues efficiently

• Implement infrastructure as code and automation scripts to enhance scalability

• Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD processes

• Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards

• Document processes and develop operational guidelines for ongoing improvements

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles within financial or high-availability systems

• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL databases

• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Grafana, and Prometheus

• Strong understanding of server and hardware configurations

• Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools

• Solid skills in CI/CD and automation practices

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)

• Experience with scalable, high-availability systems

• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a bilingual environment (Polish, English)

• Certifications in DevOps, Cloud, or related fields
