As a Senior Cybersecurity & GRC Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in cybersecurity and risk management. You will oversee critical project phases to deploy Governance, Risks, and Compliance (GRC) tools, driving the digital security of organizations across international landscapes. Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery phase, identifying client needs and defining project scopes.
- Select appropriate tools and technologies aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and detailed implementation plans.
- Coordinate and execute seamless end-to-end GRC tool deployment.
- Collaborate with international teams to meet project milestones on time and within budget.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and proactively resolving issues.
- Drive continuous improvement and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT tools implementation.
- Strong expertise in Governance, Risks, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and tools.
- Excellent skills in creating project documentation and managing complex projects.
- Fluent command of English and Polish, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate international projects.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity and risk management best practices.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CISSP, or similar.
- Experience with cybersecurity tool integration projects.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
