As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in the retail industry. You will be responsible for driving business growth and efficiency through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

Your main responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data

• Identify and capitalize on specific business opportunities.

• Influence collaborators to support business projects.

• Assist with project management for selected initiatives.

• Coordinate with departmental teams to enhance productivity.

• Test and recommend improvements for business processes.

• Convert roadmap features into user stories and write clear business requirements.

• Identify automation opportunities and create insightful reports and dashboards.

• Analyze process issues and communicate requirements with collaborators.

• Develop and maintain reporting tools and collaborate on roadmap planning.

  
  

You're ideal for the role if you have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficiency in data discovery, analysis, and modeling.

• Experience in project management and process improvement.

• Ability to write well-structured documentation.

• Fluency in German.

• Experience in creating visualizations and dashboards.

• Occasional visits to clients offices in Germany
