Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week).

As a Senior ApptioOne TBM & FinOps Specialist, you will be working for our client within the banking and financial services industry, supporting critical initiatives in IT financial management. Your expertise will help optimize costs, enhance financial transparency, and drive efficiency in HSBC's on-premise IT infrastructure — empowering smarter financial decisions and a sustainable future.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead technical design efforts to elevate ApptioOne capabilities, supporting on-premise FinOps strategies.
• Maintain and improve the accuracy and functionality of HSBC’s ApptioOne model.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align initiatives and deliver actionable insights.
• Analyze and troubleshoot data configurations to maximize system precision.
• Develop opportunities to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Build trusted relationships with technology and finance stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and reporting.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 6 years of experience in IT Financial Management or related fields.
• Proven hands-on experience with ApptioOne, including TBM Studio configuration.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure such as Data Centers, Servers, Storage, and Mainframe technologies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to process, analyze, and model financial and operational data.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with effective communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving mindset with innovative thinking to challenge existing processes.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• FinOps Practitioner certification or experience working within a FinOps team.
• Additional technical skills such as API data transfer knowledge or Python scripting.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
