As a Senior AI Integration Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the banking and financial industry, shaping the future of digital compliance and innovative banking solutions. Your expertise will drive the seamless integration of AI technologies, ensuring regulatory compliance and technical excellence in a dynamic environment.
Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including cyber, legal, hosting committees, model risk, and governance forums to ensure AI integration complies with bank policies and regulations.
- Obtain necessary approvals for AI technology deployment, managing complex approval workflows.
- Engage with vendors, procurement, and legal teams to negotiate contracts and align on commercial terms.
- Manage higher-level risks associated with Generative AI, focusing on IP infringement and protection strategies.
- Design and execute communication strategies to enable and promote AI coding assistant integration across engineering teams.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, upcoming initiatives, and benefits, fostering engagement within the engineering community.
- Collect feedback, address concerns, and continuously improve integration and governance processes.
- Identify opportunities for technical and process enhancements, implementing best practices to optimize workflows.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in AI project management, technical evaluation, or integration within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of AI models, applications, and related cybersecurity considerations.
- Proven experience working with AI or machine learning technologies, especially in banking or finance sectors.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management abilities, capable of driving initiatives to successful completion.
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Prior experience managing AI governance in banking or financial institutions.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent English (good command required).
