As a Scrum Master you will have an opportunity to work on the latest technologies and solutions in the eCommerce area. We are looking for someone that will be people and client-oriented. Rather than managing Excel, you will build relationships with your team and stakeholders. By managing end-to-end projects, you will have the main role in delivering high-quality value to clients, maximizing the effectiveness of the team and taking responsibility for the eCommerce of tomorrow.

Your key responsibilities:

• Acting as a best class Scrum Master

• Guiding the team and client in driving best practices of the software development processes

• Conveying the continuous delivery of project outcomes of your team

• Helping to develop a financial view of the project in terms of cost and duration

• Collaborating with business sponsors, business owners, analysts, developers and testing teams

• Identifying and quickly resolving project roadblocks

• Managing risks and issues related to projects

• Facilitating scope management across the project

• Leading the team in the identification of project roles and responsibilities

The ideal candidate has:

• Over 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software projects

• An Agile mindset and experience working with Scrum

• Ability to manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders at various levels

• Ability to successfully manage risks within the projects

• Strong leadership skills to drive team's growth

• Communication skills

• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in projects from the e-commerce domain

• Managed projects with a value of more than €1 million in T&M or € 300k in fixed-price approach

• Account Management experience in terms of cooperation with the Client within the project

• Experience in projects run in JIRA
