Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day in the office / month).

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be working for our client, a leading organization operating in the media and digital technology space, delivering cutting-edge advertising and corporate platforms at scale. You will support teams developing high-performance AdTech solutions for video and display advertising across web, mobile, and smart TV, as well as internal applications that enable core business processes. This role focuses on strengthening agile ways of working, enhancing cross-domain collaboration, and fostering a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and team autonomy within complex, multi-disciplinary environments.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize team workflows using Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid frameworks

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and team workshops

• Ensure transparency of processes, plans, progress, and delivery outcomes

• Structure and maintain product and impediment backlogs

• Implement improvements in planning, synchronization, and delivery alignment

• Define, track, and monitor productivity and quality metrics

• Support team leaders in developing effective, servant leadership practices

• Enable team self-management and cross-functional collaboration

• Coordinate cross-area processes and introduce tools for transparent monitoring

• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to scale best practices across the domain

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex product or technology environments (minimum 5 years)

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile scaling practices

• Hands-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies and workshops

• Ability to analyze processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Direct experience in the media or advertising technology industry

• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams

• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills

• Practical knowledge of agile metrics and performance measurement

• Coaching mindset with the ability to support leadership development

• Experience aligning multiple teams within a shared domain

• High level of autonomy, ownership, and organizational awareness

• Residence within a 1.5-hour commute from Kraków

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certification in Scrum or agile methodologies (e.g., PSPO, CSM, SAFe)

• Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar

Language Required for the role:

• Polish — good command of the language
