Scrum Master (banking)

Tribe Scrum Master - Join us, and lead strategic improvements for continuous efficiency!

Kraków - 8 days per month in the office 

As a Tribe Scrum Master, you will be working for our client, supporting their journey of increasing efficiency and Agile maturity within the tribe. You will play a crucial role in strengthening Straight Through Processing by ensuring unified Agile Tribe processes and mindset. Collaborating with various stakeholders including Scrum Masters, Epic and Feature Delivery Owners, Squad Leads, Tribe Product Owners, and Tribe Management, you will be driving continuous improvement and effective collaboration across teams in a complex and dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Preparing and facilitating Agile Tribe events, such as Quarterly Planning, Inspect and Adapt, Scrums of Scrums, and Leadership Offsites
• Supporting the Tribe Product Owner with the Demand Management process for the STP tribe
• Managing dependencies between delivery teams within and across tribes
• Leading problem-solving initiatives and driving continuous improvement at various levels
• Acting as a servant leader for the tribe, fostering a collaborative culture
• Promoting and sharing Agile best practices within the organization
• Assisting management in implementing structural and cultural changes for increased agility
• Coaching leadership and guiding less experienced Scrum Masters
• Coordinating risk, impediment, and change control processes for assigned projects
• Preparing and facilitating required structural conversations and steering committees

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of proven experience in Agile as a Scrum Master in a complex environment, Project Leader, or Program Manager
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt your style to various stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, from staff members to senior management
• Assertiveness to drive tasks to completion
• Strong risk management abilities and mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and synthesize complex situations
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations
• Ability to coordinate and prepare steering committees and strategic conversations
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
• Familiarity with managing cross-domain dependencies and handling high-frequency changes
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Proven experience as a Tribe Scrum Master
• Experience in coordinating large-scale transformation initiatives
• Experience in facilitating collaboration between IT and Business units
