    Warsaw-based opportunity (hybrid model of work with 3-4 days remotely per week)

    As Project Manager, you will be working with our client, one of the largest investment banks in the world. You will become responsible for working with the Global Wealth Team, with stakeholder in Poland and in the UK. The project that you will be joining is centered around business changes in the organization, supporting different newest technologies!

    Your key Responsibilities:

    • End to End Accountability of implementation for a project or program area
    • Supporting program manager in program management tasks
    • Stakeholder management with partners of varying seniority and roles in business, operations, and technology
    • Ensuring project implementation is as per Citi policies, procedures, and guidelines
    • Project Status, Risks, Issues, Dependencies management, and reporting to various governance forums
    • Collaborating and working with globally distributed multicultural teams

    You’re ideal for this role if you have:

    • 5+ years of Total experience, minimum 3,5 years of experience in Project Management/PMO
    • PM/BA Certifications like CBAP, PMI PBA, PMI PMP, PMI ACP, PMI PgMP will be preferred
    • Solid experience in wealth management, investment management / capital markets
    • Familiarity with Project Management (Requirement management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Project Integration Management etc.)
    • Exposure to various SDLC methodologies, especially agile.
    • Strong in Business Analyst and Project management tools – MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
    • Experience with working with Off-shore team

    Required Skills:

    • Strong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc.) in various forum
    • Self-motivated and a team player that works well with individuals and thrives in a complex, global organization
    • Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology
    • Ability to work in challenging, demanding and strict regulatory timelines
    • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
    • Leadership
