As a Programme Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution. You will play a crucial role in managing and delivering the Integrity of Regulatory Reporting (IRR) programme using Agile methodologies. Your focus will be on uplifting Regulatory Reporting Data Sources to Trusted Sources, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for key regulatory reports. This is a high-profile role requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach to program execution.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Owning delivery execution of the Trusted Source Project as part of the IRR Programme
  • Managing the programme strategy, building stakeholder buy-in, and driving execution across multiple projects
  • Leading teams of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and PMOs to ensure successful global programme delivery
  • Overseeing programme governance, reporting, and benefits realization in alignment with the Change Framework
  • Partnering with Product teams and SMEs to support planning, forecasting, and change management
  • Driving discussions with stakeholders regarding delivery strategy, scope, and budget management
  • Managing resource planning, budgeting, and cost control to ensure alignment with programme objectives
  • Serving as an escalation point for risks, issues, and dependencies, providing strategic solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with approved change management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence), reporting dashboards, and financial tracking
  • Collaborating with other Programme Managers to contribute to the evolution of delivery management best practices


You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in programme management within financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of data governance, regulatory reporting, and data management principles
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex global programmes in a change environment
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior executives
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and programme/product development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in financial planning, budget management, and benefits realization
  • Fluent English


It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe)
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting tools and data usage controls
  • Experience managing third-party contracts and service agreements
