Product Manager Banking

Warsaw, hybrid model (3 days per week in the office)

As a Product Manager, you will be working for our client, a global financial leader focused on building and scaling advanced platforms for data governance, analytics, and regulatory compliance. You will join a cross-functional team tasked with modernizing enterprise-wide financial solutions by introducing automation, improving data quality, and delivering unified data models across assessment platforms. The project involves defining and evolving products that align with internal risk and compliance frameworks, while accelerating the adoption of cloud-native technologies and engineering solutions. You will play a critical role in the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery and growth.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders and users to shape product features and priorities
• Drive product delivery through all stages from MVP to full-scale deployment
• Manage and prioritize product backlog to ensure timely execution
• Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate product rollouts across divisions
• Track Objectives and Key Results to measure product success and guide development
• Gather and analyze user feedback to propose improvements and new features
• Support the adoption of cloud and engineering solutions across teams
• Partner with data teams to ensure data quality, governance, and usability
• Promote collaboration across business units to standardize product approaches

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience as a Product Manager in a complex, data-driven environment
• Proven ability to deliver products through all lifecycle stages
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data quality and governance principles
• Experience working closely with engineers and cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies and platform modernization
• Ability to define and track OKRs effectively
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with financial services or regulatory-driven products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead user research and testing initiatives
