Process and Change Architect (Insurance, 100% remote)

As a Process and Change Manager Architect you will be working for our client, a leading global insurance provider specializing in complex commercial risks. You will be at the heart of a significant transformation program aimed at developing a new platform to enhance end-to-end process efficiency for the Mid Market sector. Your core mission is to design future-state processes, assess the change impact on the organization, and prepare the necessary infrastructure to support a smooth transition for all users. You will partner closely with international business units, IT, and other key functions to ensure the successful roll-out and adoption of this critical initiative, enabling uninterrupted operations and delivering tangible value.

Rate: B2B: 130 - 200 netto+vat/h

Location: 100% remote

Your main responsibilities:

• Identify business solutions for a variety of complex organizational problems

• Define and document high-level target designs and desired business outcomes

• Conduct end-to-end assessments to ensure all impacted functions are properly considered

• Identify resource impacts and document high-level product requirements

• Define comprehensive roll-out plans incorporating change management principles

• Develop and deliver targeted training materials to the user community

• Support the successful implementation of project initiatives

• Manage the adoption and transition of new processes to business-as-usual operations

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Extensive experience driving large-scale transformation programs within the insurance industry in an international environment

• A strong background in an internal or external consulting role

• A comprehensive consulting toolkit for status assessment, solutioning, and implementation

• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, forums, and interviews with diverse stakeholders

• Expertise in documenting and visualizing complex process designs

• Superior analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented skills

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills

• A highly collaborative mindset with experience partnering effectively across different functions

• A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving

• PROSCI and/or Six Sigma certification (nice2have)
