As a Portfolio Management Officer – IT Infrastructure & FinTech, you will be working for a leading global bank, helping to steer and optimize key technology portfolios that power millions of banking customers worldwide. Your main responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders and project sponsors to align portfolio objectives with strategic business goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between the areas and the central PMO, supporting effective delivery of portfolio outcomes.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate accurate portfolio plans, ensuring timely progress updates.
- Identify and escalate thematic risks and issues, supporting mitigation strategies.
- Monitor adherence to Clients’s frameworks and standards across programs and projects.
- Assist in annual planning, resource demand assessment, and health checks on project pipelines.
- Ensure inter-program consistency and integration across Client technology initiatives.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in portfolio management within IT or FinTech sectors.
- Deep knowledge of portfolio frameworks, methodologies, and best practice techniques.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and mastery in reporting and data visualization.
- Experience with financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and project accounting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Solid understanding of technology infrastructure products and platforms, including FinTech solutions.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications in portfolio management or project methodologies..
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
