As a Mid-Level Vulnerability Management Operations Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in cybersecurity and cloud technologies. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding digital assets by managing vulnerability remediation activities, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring compliance across security platforms. Your main responsibilities:
- Manage Vulnerability Consolidation Service and Central Planning Platform operations to ensure seamless workflows across teams.
- Review compliance reports, identify incorrect timescales, and implement corrective actions to uphold operational standards.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to increase efficiency and streamline vulnerability management processes.
- Act as the primary communication point with cybersecurity engineering teams, monitoring channels and triaging emerging issues.
- Contribute to urgent analysis work and deliver clear, actionable security reports.
- Produce routine operational insights using Power BI dashboards, Cyberport, and Cyberflows.
- Review automated reports to detect data variances and create effective plans to resolve discrepancies.
- Interface with cyclical patching teams to drive remediation planning and ensure SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with the CTO team on global decommissioning and security processes.
- Support operational and governance activities within the CSAT team, including meeting coordination and action tracking.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in vulnerability management or cybersecurity operations.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability lifecycle and patch management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Good knowledge of SQL queries and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with cloud technologies and security platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and leverage AI-powered tools.
- Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning emerging AI and security trends.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Knowledge of API development and Python scripting.
